Meghan King is looking forward to the new year after her breakup with Cuffe Biden Owens.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum, 37, shared that her resolution is to be a better mother to her three children, 5-year-old daughter Aspen and 3-year-old twin sons Hart and Hayes, whom she shares with ex-husband Jim Edmonds.
“2022 resolution 👆🏼,” she wrote on Instagram Thursday, pointing to a photo of her kids laughing on a beach near the ocean.
“I’m gonna mom the s–t outta this year. Top that. Go ahead, whadya got.”
King has been posting plenty of photos and videos of her little ones playing while celebrating the holidays in Jensen Beach, Fla., since Page Six broke the news on Christmas Eve that she and Biden Owens, 42, had called it quits on their two-month marriage.
A source revealed to us at the time that the reality star had “told friends they broke up.”
Shortly after, reports surfaced that the two ended things because King lives in St. Louis and President Joe Biden’s nephew resides in Los Angeles. However, she exclusively told us that long-distance wasn’t the reason.
“Cuffe lived with me,” she clarified to Page Six. “We didn’t have any distance.
“We lived together every day since the day we met,” she added. “There was no Cali/MO distance. There was zero long-distance whatsoever.”
King and Biden Owens married on Oct. 11 at his childhood home in Kennett Square, Pa., in front of POTUS and first lady Jill Biden — just weeks after making their whirlwind relationship Instagram-official.
King’s union with Biden Owens marked her third trip down the aisle. She was previously married to her college sweetheart, Brad McDill, from 2007 to 2011 and then to former St. Louis Cardinals player Edmonds from 2014 to 2019.
